thinking outside the bun
In an effort to Think Outside The Bun and to continue my struggle against the bout of vegetarianism that plagued me for some fifteen years, it is my New Year's resolution to eat every item on the Taco Bell menu!
I knew from the start that it wouldn't be easy...and that became reality when two visits ago I learned that I don't particularly care for Chalupas, but who ever said New Year's resolutions are easy? Of course I have all year to reach my goal, but like most resolvers, I plan to get a jump on things. While my friends are exercising every day right now, I'm skipping lunch so I can handle two items every night. Some have expressed disgust at my idea, but I know it's only because they're jealous they didn't think of it first. No, I don't know the taco slingers at my local Taco Bell well yet, but they're already to the point of giving me a weird look for coming in so much.
OK, here's something curious I've noticed (well, how could I not notice this???) No more sporks! When did TBell get rid of sporks in favor of forks? How weird is that? There are no words to describe my shock.
OK, so I was wrong about the sporks. I received several e-mails from around the country attesting to their presence...and then I saw them for myself here. So I guess it's hit or miss.
