It was Christmas time in Heaven, and everyone was busy decorating around the throne. God was getting ticked because everyone was asking Him His opinion on every little detail. It finally stopped when one angel asked God where he should put the Christmas tree...and THAT'S how the angel got on top of the Christmas tree.
