RefectoCil 2.1 Deep Blue is a professional-grade eyelash and eyebrow tint designed to add a bold, cool blue hue to lashes and brows. Ideal for individuals with light blonde to blonde hair, this tint enhances features with a striking color that complements blue or violet makeup styles.

Clean lashes and brows to remove oils and makeup. Protect the skin around eyes with petroleum jelly or protective pads. Mix about 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant (3%) until smooth. Apply evenly on lashes or brows using an applicator brush. Leave for 5–10 minutes depending on desired intensity. Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.
