Clean and prep eyelids and lashes thoroughly. Choose the right pad size based on desired curl intensity. Place the dry, self-adhesive pad on the eyelid (no glue on the back needed). Apply a thin layer of Ultra glue on the front of the pad. Lift and fix lashes onto the pad using a lash lifter or tool. Apply perm lotion for 6 minutes (shorter than classic method). Apply neutralizer for 4 minutes. Optional: Tint lashes on the pad for about 2 minutes. Gently remove pads and clean the eye area.
