1- Cleanses and deodorizes while removing oils and residue - helping maximize service performance and ensure optimal product adhesion.

1-  Cleanse: Pour or spray a small amount of ORLY Clean Prep onto a cotton pad or lint-free wipe. 2- Scrub: Firmly wipe from side to side across the nail plate. 3- Details: Clean deep into the side walls and around the cuticle area. 4- Finish: Drag the wipe down and off the free edge of the nail to clear away any remaining residue. Let it dry completely before adding base coat or color.
