RefectoCil Eyelash & Brow Tint 1 Pure Black (15ml) is a deep, rich black dye that enhances lash and brow definition. It provides long-lasting, smudge-proof color for up to 6 weeks, ideal for those with dark hair. Suitable for professional use, it requires mixing with an oxidant before application.

Clean the area – Make sure lashes and brows are clean and oil-free. Protect the skin – Apply petroleum jelly or eye protection pads around the eyes. Mix the tint – Combine ~2cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant (3%) to form a creamy paste. Apply the tint – Use an applicator to apply on lashes and/or brows evenly. Leave for 5–10 minutes – Adjust timing based on desired intensity. Remove gently – Wipe off with a damp cotton pad and rinse if needed.
