Clean the lashes and brows thoroughly, removing any makeup or oils. Protect the skin around the eyes with petroleum jelly or protective pads. Mix about 2 cm of the tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant (3%) to create a smooth paste. Apply the tint evenly on lashes or brows using an applicator brush. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired color intensity. Remove the tint gently using a damp cotton pad.
