Clean lashes and eyelids thoroughly. Choose pad size based on desired curl. Apply glue to the back of the pad and place on eyelid. Glue lashes onto the pad, spacing them evenly. Apply perm lotion for 8 minutes, then remove. Apply neutralizer for 5 minutes, then remove. Optional: Apply lash tint for 2 minutes.
