Clean lashes and brows to remove oils and makeup. Protect the skin around the eyes with petroleum jelly or protective pads. Mix about 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant (3%) until smooth. Apply the mixture evenly on lashes or brows using an applicator brush. Leave on for 5–10 minutes depending on desired intensity. Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.
