Clean the area – Ensure brows and lashes are clean, dry, and free from oil or makeup. Protect the skin – Apply petroleum jelly around the eyes or use protective eye pads. Mix the tint – Combine ~2cm of Graphite tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant (3%) liquid or cream. Mix until smooth. Apply the tint – Use an applicator to apply evenly on brows or lashes. Leave for 5–10 minutes – Adjust the time based on the intensity desired. Remove the tint – Wipe off gently with a damp cotton pad.
